The American Tea Masters Association is an internationally recognized, membership-based organization founded to provide Mastery Level training, education, and professional certification to individuals desiring to become tea masters and tea sommeliers.

The association is respected as meeting superior educational standards by offering its Tea Mastery Certification Course™ for achieving the prestigious Certified Tea Master™ designation upon completion of the coursework.

The Tea Mastery Certification Course is being offered this year in several different locations.

Starts June 4th, San Diego, California at the Courtyard by Marriott Liberty Station.

Starts July 1st, Cocoyoc, México at the Hotel Hacienda Cocoyoc

The association is pleased to announce the appointment of Certified Tea Master Lady Kelly MacVean to the position of Training Director of the association, and the licensing of its training courses and support materials to the Australian Tea School and its executive director, Sharyn Johnston, Certified Tea Master. The success of Escuela Argentina de Te (www.escueladete.org,) the association's licensee in Argentina, and its directors Diego Morlachetti and Liliana Venarucci, both certified tea masters, is rapidly expanding the tea industry in all Spanish-speaking countries.

We are also pleased to announce our new Continuing Education Program: Monthly Group Tea Tastings of different tea samples provided by San Francisco's world-famous Imperial Tea Court using our new online audio-visual system.
