The ITMA Tea Master Certification Course™ for becoming an ITMA Certified Tea Master™ or ITMA Certified Tea Taster™ starts with the 3-Day ITMA Comprehensive Tea Master Course™ held on-site in San Diego, California on January 19th, 20th & 21st, 2018. The 12-Week ITMA Tea Master Tasting Course™ starts the following week involving home study, tasting and evaluating 24 different teas, and periodic online teleconferencing to share experiences and ask questions.
The training will be led by ITMA Certified Grand Tea Master™ and ITMA Director of Tea Education Roy Fong, and by ITMA Certified Tea Master™ and ITMA Executive Director Chas Kroll. Fong is one of the most knowledgeable individuals in the tea industry and respected as a top expert on Chinese and Taiwanese teas. Kroll is a highly competent, knowledgeable senior trainer with extensive experience in the tea industry. Together, they are committed to making the event a memorable life-changing experience for everyone.
The 3-Day ITMA Comprehensive Tea Master Course™ will be held in a meeting room at the Four Points by Sheraton San Diego – Sea World (3888 Greenwood Street, San Diego, CA, 92110 Reservations: (866) 716-8133). Single/double occupancy room rate of $150.00. Seating is limited to 10 registrants.
The training contains all the educational requirements an individual needs for achieving the association’s prestigious ITMA Certified Tea Master™ or ITMA Certified Tea Taster™ designation once the course, 3 blind tea tastings, oral or written dissertation, and final examination are successfully completed ($95 examination fee).
Registrants will experience some of the most exquisite and often rarest loose-leaf teas from around the world. The training will also include: Launching or Expanding a Tea Business, Law of Attraction, Meditating and Mindfulness, The Art of Envisioning, The Art of Intentioning, Importance of Tea Blending, and Tea Business Planning Tools.
